Brotherhood Of Like Minds With A Vision & Determination To Succeed.

Global Elites Cooperative Society was a dream envisioned by Dr. Odafe Ejenavi. He subsequently communicated his ideas and aspirations regarding a concept of brotherhood amongst persons of like minds, geared towards the launch of a Cooperative business with Dr. Steve Lazi. Odafe similarly shared this same passion and ideal with Mr. Lawrence Enermoh. In pursuit of this laudable goal, Odafe singlehandedly invited more than 15 friends with like minds to his house on the 3rd of March 2019 from 5:00pm -7:00pm. On that eventful day and within the same month the Global Elites Cooperative Society was birthed coupled with its first Maiden meeting and inauguration of ad-hoc committees and leadership.

The Global Elites Cooperative, (GEC) has undoubtedly and proactively made considerable progress in defining and outlining well-articulated bye-laws to clarify the structure, operations, management and likewise, the dos and don’ts of the society. Notwithstanding, the society is a self – help organization mandated with a Core target or primary purpose of creating a common pool of funds for investment in credible and profitable, safe haven assets and business ventures to guarantee premium and optimum yield returns to its members.

Our Objectives

1. Economic - The Global Elites Cooperative Society shall create investment opportunities for financial growth: The financial contributions made by members will be directed to towards profitable and sustainable investments across various sectors. This will enable members of the cooperatives to draw economic benefits by accruing agreed percentages of profits generated from investments, while the base-capital is re-invested in other enterprises.

2. Social - The Global Elites Cooperative Society shall support relationship building and professional networking: This constitutes the “committee of friend’s” element of the Global Elites Cooperative Society, with the mission to extend a caring hand to members of the society, and to promote self-development and wellbeing of its members. This will involve providing financial and moral support to members of the cooperative during times of celebrations or grieving, such as landmark birthdays, child dedications, anniversaries, burials, etc, as well as providing professional support, knowledge exchange and recommending capable members of the committee to jobs and contracts.

3. Society - The Global Elites Cooperative Society shall contribute to community development and societal wellbeing: The cooperative will contribute to the empowerment of the less-privilege in the wider society by dedicating a percentage of the profit from its investments to support groups affected by conflict, natural disasters, accidents, loss of breadwinner, etc., thus building self-sufficient and resilient communities.

Business Model

Our business model involves creating an avenue for savings for our members through yearly dues payment. With such savings, a common fund will be made available to the Cooperative for which it will be geared towards making sound investments for the members. With this, profits accrued from the investment will be shared to members as dividends or returns of which an agreed amount will be retained to foot operational and organizational expenses. The principal investments will be kept and reinvested. Efforts will be made to also plough back aspects of the profit gained from the investment.
